Children between the ages of 14 and 17 are not expected to travel alone, but assistance is optional for this group. Children under 5 are not allowed to go unless accompanied by an adult. For domestic and international flights, the unaccompanied minor must be in the departure air terminal at least two hours prior to takeoff if desk employment is necessary. Guardians or proper watchmen should remain at the airport until the flight has taken off and they have been informed of this by someone from the Aeromexico service.
